How we collect information
All information we collect is provided to us voluntarily by you, with copies available to you in line with GDPR policy (2018). Hand written forms will be stored and archived by BFA according to GDPR and HFEA regulation requirements and quality management protocol which is available on request. Data returned through the website donor enquiry form and other contact emails will be downloaded to BFA computers only. More information can be found in our privacy policy tab.
