Supplements – Fertilix /  www.fertilix.co.uk

We offer Fertilix supplements to our patients who may have one or more sperm parameters that are below average. This is particularly good for those who have a lower number of normal forms of sperm. Please see below for a case study of one of our patients. Fertilix supplements can be supplied in three different doses. For more information please visit the Fertilix website or contact us.

Case Study – Patient : A couple who came in for treatment at BFA who had been trying for a baby for 4 years. Both patients were over 40 and the male patient had a semen analysis with sub-optimal parameters, specifically very low normal forms of sperm. Therefore the prospective success rate was decreased. The first two attempts of IUI were unfortunately unsuccessful. Following 3 months of Fertilix supplements the couple had their third attempt of IUI treatment, the sperm parameters had improved greatly overall and they now have an ongoing pregnancy!
